"Thank you for the 3 sets of my father's medals. After reading his service record I understand a little more about him. He never spoke much about the war, but had some terrible memories and brought back a lot of anger with him which he sadly carried until the day he died. I will pass these medals on to his great grandchildren whom he never saw, and explain to them what an important part he and many others played in our lives"
